Doch was ist exzellente berufliche Bildung und welche Bedingungen müssen gegeben sein, damit berufliche Bildung exzellent wird? Diese Fragestellungen sind ein zentraler Bestandteil des InnoVET-Projekts Bildungsbrücken OWL, welches exzellente berufliche Bildung in der Region Ostwestfalen-Lippe (OWL) fokussiert. Bisher liegen für die Region nur wenige Erkenntnisse zu den Bedingungen exzellenter beruflicher Bildung vor. Um sich den Bedingungen zu nähern, sind im Laufe des Projektes gemeinsam mit der Berufsbildungspraxis auf verschiedenen Wegen Erkenntnisse gewonnen worden, die als sogenannte Praxiseinsichten Einblick in die Praxis des beruflichen Bildungsökosystems der Region ermöglichen. Die Projekterkenntnisse werden mit Bildungsakteuren in der Region OWL sowie überregional diskutiert und diesen zum Transfer zur Verfügung gestellt. Damit fließen Erkenntnisse und Expertise aus der Praxis direkt in die regionale Berufsbildungsforschung und Forschungsergebnisse werden mit den handelnden Personen diskutiert.\r\nIn diesem Beitrag werden ausgehend von dem Exzellenzdiskurs in der beruflichen Bildung ein Einblick in die Zielstellungen des InnoVET-Projekts Bildungsbrücken OWL gegeben, das explorative, praxisorientierte Vorgehen sowie die zentralen Erkenntnisse dargestellt und Empfehlungen für ein exzellentes Bedingungsgefüge beruflicher Bildung in der Region OWL abgeleitet. Es mangelt an Zuständigkeiten und Richtlinien, und die vorhandenen Publikationsfonds fördern nicht die untersuchten Open Science Aspekte. Über die Hälfte der HAWs erkennt die Relevanz von OER-Beauftragten an, jedoch fehlen entsprechende Policies. Die Bestellung von Open Data-Beauftragten an 50 % der HAWs in NRW verdeutlicht die Relevanz dieser Funktion. Im Bereich Open Source besteht ein eklatanter Mangel an Beauftragten, Informationen und Policies, wobei die Bedeutung von OA-Repositorien und Forschungsinformationssystemen hervorgehoben werden sollte. Zudem gewinnen technische Anwendungen wie GitLab und Jupyter Notebooks an Bedeutung. This is problematic as heuristics can be effective. Building on Gigerenzer’s concept of fast-and-frugal heuristics, this study examines the use of such smart heuristics by senior managers in a large engineering consultancy firm during the early bid/no-bid decision-making phase of infrastructure projects. Employing a qualitative method from the naturalistic decision-making program, the research uncovers a decision strategy termed \"thresholding.\" This strategy distills extensive experience and interpretation of ambiguous information into binary decisions, effectively de-selecting projects that could be potentially disastrous. The approach also gives credence to agency, as it only deselects disasters but keeps many potential alternatives in the portfolio to mature into potentially ‘good projects’. At the same time, it addresses Flyvbjerg’s call for some scrutiny at the front end of projects to avoid catastrophic projects that start on the wrong premises. Lehrende sind dazu angehalten digitale Medien zielgerichtet in der Lehre einzusetzen und gleichzeitig die digitalen Kompetenzen der Studierenden zu fördern. In dem Beitrag wird untersucht, wie Lehrende durch den Umgang mit dem Learning Management System (LMS) ILIAS diesen Anforderungen gerecht werden können. Im Rahmen des Verbundprojekts «DigikoS – Digitalbaukasten für kompetenzorientiertes Selbststudium» wurde hierfür eine Toolbox entwickelt, die Lehrende situativ und bedarfsorientiert unterstützen soll. Die zentrale Fragestellung des Artikels bezieht sich auf die Inhalte der Toolbox: Es galt herauszufinden, welche Lernangebote notwendig sind, um die digitalen Kompetenzen von Lehrenden für ihre digital gestützte Lehre sowie im Rahmen der Nutzung des LMS ILIAS zu erweitern. Zusätzlich wird dabei die Förderung der digitalen Kompetenzen sowie der Selbstlernkompetenz Studierender näher betrachtet, da diese wesentlich für ein erfolgreiches Lernen mit digitalen Medien sind. In dieser Zeit kann sich das Licht nur etwa einen zehntel bis einen halben Millimeter ausdehnen. Die Fokussierung dieser Strahlung erzeugt elektrische Felder,\r\ndie denen im Innern eines Atoms entsprechen. \r\nBei der Wechselwirkung von Clustern mit solchen L.aserpulsen sind interessante Effekte zu beobachten: Es entstehen in Bereichen niedriger Laserintensität mehrfach geladene Pt- und Pb-Cluster. Deren kleinste auftretende Größe kann mit den Voraussagen des Tröpfchenmodells verglichen werden. Direkt in dem Fokus der Laserstrahlung, dort wo die Materie den obigen extremen Feldern ausgesetzt wird, ist die Stärke der Anregung so groß, daß die Cluster vollständig\r\nin hochgeladene Atome zerfallen. Es zelgt sich eine interessante Abhängigkeit der erreichbaren Aufladung der Atome (L.adungszustand) von der Länge des Laserpulses.\r\n\r\nEin einfaches Modell aus Epansion und optischer Respons des Clusters kann diesen Effekt qualitativ erklären.  Vergleichsmessungen an Kohlenstoff zeigen nicht dieses Verhalten. This increased charging efficiency is explained by the evolution of the plasmon energy of the metal cluster upon the change in electron density during the Coulomb explosion process. For small carbon clusters and fullerenes the abundance of charged species correlates with the laser power, while for metal clusters the ionization efficiency is additionally strongly affected by the chosen laser pulse width which may result in an enhanced up–charging of the metal particle. In the case of platinum atomic charge states up to z=20 are detected at a pulse duration of about 600 fs. This observation is in accordance with a model based on a multi–plasmon excitation process. Scanning tunneling spectroscopy in an UHV environment at liquid helium temperatures reveals the existence of distinct peaks in the conductivity of the cluster-on-surface system. Spectra of various metals and carbon have been measured between 20 and 100 nm. In the case of carbon the average electron temperature is estimated to about 0.69 eV. Higher temperatures up to 0.79 eV are measured when inserting seeding gas which flushes the discharge volume with approx. one atmosphere of helium. An operation under this source conditions leads to the generation of an intense charged cluster beam. ","abstract":[{"text":"The use of sum rules appears to be a powerful tool for obtaining experimental data on static properties of charged metal clusters which are currently not available. For this purpose the optical spectra of the clusters must be known. The measured absorption profiles of sputtered, i.e. hot, and which have been measured in our group give information about the desired properties. The extracted static polarizabilities show a distinct shell structure which reflects the overall lectronic shape of the cluster. A comparison is made with AgN and positive alkali metal clusters. Giant resonances are found which can be interpreted in terms of a collective electron oscillation. The optical spectra of spherical Ag+9 and Ag+21 show a large blue-shift of the resonance energy relative to the respective experimental surface value. Giant resonances are found which can be interpreted in terms of a collective electron oscillation. The optical spectra of spherical Ag 9 + and Ag 21 + show a blue shift of the resonance energy, in contrast to an expected behaviour within the jellium model. After mass selection, collinear ion beam depletion is used to measure absolute photofragmentation cross-sections in the photon energy range from ħω = 2.0 to 5.7 eV. Giant resonances are found which can be interpreted in terms of a collective electron oscillation. For spherical clusters (e.g., Ag19−, Ag21+) single resonances dominate the spectra, whereas deformation (e.g., Ag9−, Ag11+) induces a splitting into two components."}],"publisher":"Springer","page":"245-253","series_title":"Lecture notes in physics ","status":"public","publication":"Nuclear Concepts in Atomic Cluster Physics"}]
