The program started in January 2009 as part of the Human Technology Centre, a newly established project house, funded by the Excellence Initiative of the German federal and state governments. The program aims at designing adaptive immersive interfaces for personal healthcare systems and develops novel, integrative prototypes for the design of user-centered healthcare systems.
