    Wissenschaft und Praxis am Beispiel des InnoVET-Programms: Innovationen durch
    Forschung stärken – Austauschprozesse zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis am Beispiel
    des InnoVET-Programms Fragen wie „Wann ist ein Qualifizierungsangebot in der dualen
    Ausbildung eine Innovation?“, „Wie kann man Qualifizierungsangebote großflächig
    und effizient verbreiten?“ und „Wie kann Wissen zwischen Forschung und Praxis
    optimal transferiert werden?“ stehen im Fokus der übergeordneten trilateralen
    Begleitforschung zum InnoVET-Programm. Im Begleitforschungsnetzwerk geht das Bundesinstitut
    für Berufsbildung (BIBB) zusammen mit der Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg
    (OVGU Magdeburg) und der Universität Paderborn (UPB) diesen Fragen nach.\r\nHerausforderungen
    wie Digitalisierung, neue Technologien, Flexibilisierungen bis hin zur demographischen
    Entwicklung führen zu erheblichen Veränderungen am Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt.
    Diese Herausforderungen müssen angegangen werden. Zu diesem Zweck fördert das
    Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) 17 InnoVET-Projekte, die neue
    strukturbildende Konzepte entwickeln und erproben, um die Attraktivität und Qualität
    der beruflichen Bildung zu steigern und zukunftsfest zu machen und der Gleichwertigkeit
    dualer und akademischer Bildung Rechnung zu tragen. Beispiele sind neue Lernortkooperationen
    wie überregionale Bildungsakademien mit digitalen Lernplattformen, flexibel einsetzbare
    modulare Bildungsangebote oder neue Fort- und Weiterbildungsabschlüsse.\r\nDiese
    Innovationen erfolgreich, in der Breite und nachhaltig im Bildungssystem zu verankern,
    ist eine große Herausforderung. Der Transfer ist komplex und bedarf Austauschprozesse
    zwischen Wissenschaftlern, Praktikern und systemrelevanten Akteuren der beruflichen
    Bildung. Die InnoVET-Projekte bieten seit Anfang 2022 der übergeordneten Begleitforschung
    einen exzellenten Feldzugang, um Fragen zu Innovationsgegenständen und Innovationstransfer
    zu bearbeiten."

  text: 'Research in the area of smart healthcare systems has reached a point where
    significant improvements are only possible if academics and practitioners from
    various disciplines collaborate in order to develop new strategies for conceptualizing,
    designing, and implementing new applications. The underlying strategies must be
    harmonized and balanced in two ways: first, within the technological areas, and
    second, regarding the integration of technologies into the medical, cognitive,
    and social context. This also includes the way technology acts within the life
    courses of individuals and societies, and the balance of the benefits that technology
    brings against perceived or actual medical, social as well as ethical drawbacks.
    Therefore, this workshop aims to bring together researchers and industry practitioners
    from different fields to share their research positions and practical experiences
    and discuss new ideas, innovative approaches and challenging research questions,
    which have the potential to motivate future research activities within the field
    of smart healthcare systems.'
