  text: In this article main developments of work organizational topics are presented
    and interpreted. The investigation period extended over 15 years, from 1988 to
    2002. The presentation of the developments is based on a quantitative analysis
    of a literature data base. The collected data show that work-organizational topics
    - regarding the development of the publication numbers over the period - can be
    assigned to four categories.
