Das Teilprojekt „Gemeinsam Innovieren und Gründen“ des InnoVET-Projektes Bildungsbrücken OWL hat dazu eine Reihe innovativer Formate initiiert. We contribute to closing this gap by asking under which conditions firms – each of which occupies a unique position along the automotive industry value chain – may overcome innovation barriers and spend scarce resources for collective R&D projects. We use a framed laboratory experiment to scrutinize the of different situations on the decision to spend the R&D budget for individual or collective R&D projects. The framing originates from a real-world case study of the massive metal forging industry. Welche strukturellen, organisationalen, personellen Rahmenbedingungen und Prozesse sind notwendig, damit eine Innovation in der beruflichen Bildung funktioniert?\r\nDer erste Teil des Workshops (Dienstag, 21.03.2023, nachmittags) startet mit einem Impulsvortrag und gibt Einblick in das InnoVET-Programm sowie in die gestaltungsorientierte Erforschung von Berufsbildungsprogrammen. Anschließend fokussiert er unter Berücksichtigung ausgewählter InnoVET-Projekte auf die Gestaltungsmerkmale der InnoVET-Innovationssätze im Schnittbereich zwischen beruflicher Bildung, akademischer Bildung und höherqualifizierender Berufsbildung und auf deren jeweiligen Beitrag zur Steigerung der Attraktivität beruflicher Bildung. Dazu präsentieren sich im Rahmen einer Postersession zunächst unterschiedliche InnoVET-Projekte mit ihren neu entwickelten Bildungsangeboten und diskutieren insbesondere, welche Merkmale diese Angebote aus ihrer Sicht für potenzielle Nachfragende besonders attraktiv machen. Diese Sichtweise wird anschließend mit einem Einblick in den übergreifenden Forschungsdiskurs zum Thema ergänzt. Diese Praxis- und Forschungsperspektiven werden schließlich zusammengeführt und bilden die Hintergrundfolie für eine moderierte Expertendiskussion mit den Workshopteilnehmenden. Die Diskussion verfolgt das Ziel, die zentralen Merkmale einer attraktiven Berufsbildung aus den verschiedenen Perspektiven herauszuarbeiten und die Frage zu erörtern, wie (auch leistungsstärkere) Jugendliche für die Berufsbildung gewonnen werden können.\r\nAm Folgetag (Mittwoch, 22.03.2023, vormittags) präsentiert der Begleitforschungsstandort Paderborn Ergebnisse aus seinem Projekt „ITiB“. Nach einem kurzen Input zu aktuellen Erkenntnissen aus der ITiB-Projektarbeit (Ergebnisse Interviewstudie zu den Themen Innovation, Transfer & Vernetzung) und einer daran anschließenden Diskussion liegt der Schwerpunkt dieses Workshoptages auf Praxiseinblicken und Diskussionen zum Thema ‚Interaktion und Vernetzung in Innovationsprozessen‘. Methodisch ist die Arbeitsphase angelehnt an das sogenannte „World Café“. Teilnehmende können sich Gruppentischen der Vertreter*innen aus InnoVET-Projekten mit unterschiedlichen Fragestellungen/Schwerpunkten zum Thema ‚Interaktion und Vernetzung in Innovationsprozessen‘ zuordnen. Die InnoVET-Projekte geben jeweils einen Kurzüberblick über ihr Projekt und stellen vor, wie sie sich im Rahmen ihrer Projektarbeit mit dieser spezifischen Themenstellung im Kontext von Vernetzung auseinandersetzen. Sie moderieren die Diskussion an ihrem jeweiligen Tisch und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse auf einem Flipchart. Nach zwei Diskussionsrunden führen die Projektverantwortlichen die Diskussionsergebnisse zusammen. Den Abschluss der Austauschphase bildet eine Präsentation der Ergebnisse der einzelnen Tische, sodass die Teilnehmenden einen kurzen Überblick über alle Diskussionen erhalten.\r\nDer Workshop bricht die Komplexität des Projektprogramms herunter und dient als Austausch- und Kommunikationsforum. Er zielt darauf ab, Konzepte, Ansätze, Ideen und Best-Practice-Beispiele für innovative Qualifizierungsangebote in der dualen Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung vorzustellen und zu diskutieren. Besonders spannend ist die Einbindung sowohl der Praxis- als auch der Forschungsperspektive, und es gilt, sich nah am Geschehen in der Berufsbildungspraxis der Innovationen und Potenziale ihrer nachhaltigen Übertragung ins System forschungsbasiert anzunähern. Erste Ergebnisse dieser anwendungsnahen Forschung werden präsentiert und mit den Teilnehmenden diskutiert. Im Rahmen des Workshops sollen insbesondere Gestaltungsmerkmale der Innovationen aus den InnoVET-Projekten und deren Transferpotenziale in andere Institutionen und Domänen fokussiert werden. Gemeinsam mit den Teilnehmenden soll der Gedanke des gelingenden Transfers aufgenommen und verfolgt werden. Using ODFs, manufacturers can infuse existing product-centric business models with sharing economy and servitization principles, in order to generate recurring revenues. This article conceptualizes the novel phenomenon and delineates it from other concepts. Moreover, based on two experimental studies and drawing from fairness theory, first evidence is provided for how consumers react to key characteristics of ODFs, namely their tangibility and pricing structure. While intangible, software-based ODFs appear to find acceptance, consumers perceive on-demand access to tangible, hardware-based features as unfair, which explains their reduced purchase intent. Indicators have been developed collaboratively by representatives of 17 individual EU-funded NBS projects and collaborating institutions such as the EEA and JRC, as part of the European Taskforce for NBS Impact Assessment, with the four-fold objective of: serving as a reference for relevant EU policies and activities; orient urban practitioners in developing robust impact evaluation frameworks for nature-based solutions at different scales; expand upon the pioneering work of the EKLIPSE framework by providing a comprehensive set of indicators and methodologies; and build the European evidence base regarding NBS impacts. It alters business models and process organizations of whole industries. The ensuing market dynamics and faster innovation cycles cause an increase in complexity. In this article, the interconnection of digitalization and complexity in work systems is analyzed. For this purpose, a framework for comparing relevant complexity definitions is developed. Moreover, complexity drivers in digitalized labor systems in six different organizational dimensions (process organization, organizational structure, technology, working conditions, product and personnel) are explored. 23 experts from the academic and industrial sector were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. The results of a qualitative content analysis show that the consideration of complexity and digitalization has extensive impact what becomes evident in interdependent relations amongst the organizational dimensions. Furthermore, complexity drivers in digitalized work systems are determined as a result of the analysis procedure. Finally, the implications of the expert interviews for cooperative forms of work are discussed. The concept of a “task complexity mountain range” is presented to explain the effect of task complexity on performance and motivation in the context of work groups.","lang":"eng"}],"year":"2018","publication_identifier":{"eissn":["2415-6698"]},"doi":"10.25046/aj030522"}]
