As a result, the topic of self-\r\norganization for the industrial domain has moved further into focus and concepts from different\r\nareas, such as nature, social, or management, are being adapted for a technological use. This\r\narticle sheds light on self-organisation and the corresponding characteristics that will be nec-\r\nessary for socio-technical systems in the future for industrial companies. The knowledge\r\ngained allows us to establish connections between the technical development of the industrial\r\ndomain and the social structures of the involved companies. These insights are used to provide\r\nrecommendations for further steps towards the visions from Industrie 4.0."},{"text":"Durch die Entwicklungen im Bereich der Industrie 4.0 und Arbeit 4.0 hin zu selbstorganisierten\r\nadaptiven Produktionssystemen und selbstorganisierten Unternehmen entstehen neue Anfor-\r\nderungen an technische und soziale Systeme. Hierbei ist eine Co-Evolution der Strukturen von\r\ntechnischen und sozialen Systemen zu beobachten. Zu den Anforderungen gehören eine er-\r\nhöhte Flexibilität, schnellere Entscheidungen und transparente Kommunikation, um den mo-\r\nmentanen Marktdruck zu adressieren. Dadurch ist das Thema der Selbstorganisation für die\r\nIndustrie weiter in den Fokus gerückt und es werden Konzepte aus verschiedenen Bereichen\r\nwie Biologie, Soziales oder Management zur technologischen Nutzung adaptiert. Dieser Bei-\r\ntrag beleuchtet die Selbstorganisation und die entsprechenden Ausprägungen, die für sozio-\r\ntechnische Systeme in zukünftigen Unternehmen notwendig sein werden. Durch die gewon-\r\nnenen Erkenntnisse lassen sich Zusammenhänge zwischen der technischen Entwicklung der\r\nIndustrie und den sozialen Strukturen von Unternehmen herstellen. Die Ermittlung des Stands der Technik zeigte, dass die IT-Sicherheit in der Automatisierungstechnik von Lösungen der Standard-IT in Büronetzwerken geprägt ist, ohne auf spezielle Anforderungen der Automatisierungstechnik einzugehen. Eine Anforderungsanalyse erbrachte, dass IT-Sicherheitslösungen benötigt werden, die sich mit dem zunehmenden Vernetzungsgrad von Automatisierungssystemen in Einklang bringen lassen. Dazu ist eine IT-Sicherheitsschicht für das PROFINET-Protokoll konzipiert und implementiert worden, die einen integrierten Schutz der Kommunikation und der Komponenten selbst ermöglicht. Dabei kommen gezielt Security Token Technologien zum Einsatz. Eine Evaluierung der kryptografischen Funktionen zeigte, dass deren Verwendung unter gewissen Voraussetzungen möglich ist. Mit Hilfe eines Demonstrators ist konnte die Echtzeitfähigkeit der IT-Sicherheitsschicht validiert und dessen Schutzwirkung nachgewiesen werden.
