Diese Modelle haben eine hohe Bedeutung für das Wissensmanagement und die Verbesserung inner- und überbetrieblicher Geschäftsmodelle. Eine hohe Modellqualität liegt dann vor, wenn eine Konformität des Prozessmodells mit der Syntax der verwendeten graphischen Beschreibungssprache und der semantischen Korrektheit besteht, die zu einer angemessenen Übereinstimmung mit dem modellierten\r\nRealweltausschnitt führt. Die algorithmenbasierte Erzeugung von Geschäftsprozessmodellen erfordert aber oftmals eine Revidierung, Verbesserung und Ergänzung von Wissen durch den Menschen. Für den Beitrag ist aus bestehenden Log-Dateien ein graphisches eEPK-Prozessmodell erzeugt worden, welches semantische und notationsbezogene Fehler\r\naufweist. In Germany, sheltered workshops create the conditions for this inclusion since they are essential to companies' value chains. A central challenge is the inclusion of disabled workers in the value-creation processes, such as in manufacturing or assembly areas. The skills of disabled workers vary since they have individual impairments. Therefore, this paper presents a digital human model, a Human Digital Twin (HDT), for disabled workers. Due to new assistance systems, companies further reduce the available time for the product developers. Based on this observation, a research hypothesis regarding the effects of the variable “amount of available time” on the quota of flawless product development is formulated. This hypothesis was empirically analyzed by conducting a laboratory experiment. The results lead to the development of a Bayesian network. The network describes the probability that a human can process a task without an error at required times. According to the structure of the Bayesian network, the paper introduces an actor-oriented model that can be used for person-centered simulation of the occurrence and effects of errors.
