Due to this new connectivity and flexibility, future industrial production systems need to be inspected during all phases of the whole lifecycle from a security point of view as well. Frequent reconfiguration and adaptation based on smart services impose advanced requirements on the audits and certification with regard to security. To facilitate that, this work presents an approach for the modeling of security requirements and capabilities within the Industrial Reference Architecture and evaluates it based on the concrete system architectures of a number of industrial use cases. These include increased flexibility, faster decisions, and transparent com-\r\nmunication to address the currently volatile market pressure. As a result, the topic of self-\r\norganization for the industrial domain has moved further into focus and concepts from different\r\nareas, such as nature, social, or management, are being adapted for a technological use. This\r\narticle sheds light on self-organisation and the corresponding characteristics that will be nec-\r\nessary for socio-technical systems in the future for industrial companies. The knowledge\r\ngained allows us to establish connections between the technical development of the industrial\r\ndomain and the social structures of the involved companies. These insights are used to provide\r\nrecommendations for further steps towards the visions from Industrie 4.0."},{"text":"Durch die Entwicklungen im Bereich der Industrie 4.0 und Arbeit 4.0 hin zu selbstorganisierten\r\nadaptiven Produktionssystemen und selbstorganisierten Unternehmen entstehen neue Anfor-\r\nderungen an technische und soziale Systeme. Hierbei ist eine Co-Evolution der Strukturen von\r\ntechnischen und sozialen Systemen zu beobachten. Zu den Anforderungen gehören eine er-\r\nhöhte Flexibilität, schnellere Entscheidungen und transparente Kommunikation, um den mo-\r\nmentanen Marktdruck zu adressieren. Dadurch ist das Thema der Selbstorganisation für die\r\nIndustrie weiter in den Fokus gerückt und es werden Konzepte aus verschiedenen Bereichen\r\nwie Biologie, Soziales oder Management zur technologischen Nutzung adaptiert. Dieser Bei-\r\ntrag beleuchtet die Selbstorganisation und die entsprechenden Ausprägungen, die für sozio-\r\ntechnische Systeme in zukünftigen Unternehmen notwendig sein werden. Es stellt sich allerdings die Frage, inwiefern die Geodatenangebote der Bundesländer in der Praxis untereinander vergleichbar sind und ob diese offenen Daten tatsächlich dem Anspruch der INSPIRE-Richtlinie gerecht werden, einen Nutzen für die Umweltschutzpraxis zu bieten. Zur Untersuchung dieser Fragen wurde am Beispiel der europäischen Instrumente der Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfung (UVP) und der Fauna-Flora-Habitat-Verträglichkeitsprüfung (FFH-VP) ein Katalog grundlegender Geobasisdaten aufgestellt. Die darin enthaltenen Daten wurden auf deren grundsätzliche Eignung für die Nutzung in den Verfahren überprüft - anhand von Parametern wie Verfügbarkeit, Maßstab, Aktualität, Datenverknüpfung und Lizenzen. Der Großteil der untersuchten Geodaten erfüllt diese grundlegenden Anforderungen nicht zufriedenstellend. Zwischen den Bundesländern sind z. T. große Differenzen zu erkennen, eine Praxistauglichkeit der angebotenen Geodaten kann keinem einzigen Bundesland attestiert werden. Zur Nutzung in formellen Verfahren bestehen durchgehend noch zu viele Defizite. The aim of this exploratory study was to identify criteria suggestive of psychological factors relevant for the etiology of chronic pruritus and of somatoform pruritus. Routine data from the database of the Center for Chronic Pruritus of the University Hospital Münster were used, including the Neuroderm Questionnaire, Dermatology Life Quality Index and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale. chronic pruritus patients (n = 3,391) without a psychiatric diagnosis in their medical history were compared to the 331 chronic pruritus patients with diagnoses of “psychological factors associated with etiology and course of chronic pruritus” (ICD-10:F54) or “somatoform pruritus” (F45.8) confirmed by an expert. The latter reported more pruritus triggers, especially “strain” and “emotional tension” and used more emotional adjectives to describe their pruritus. They reported more often scratching leading to excoriations, higher levels of pruritus, impairment of quality of life, anxiety and depression. These aspects suggest the presence of psychological factors in the etiology of chronic pruritus and somatoform pruritus. Prospective validation, however, needs to be carried out. Der Einsatz von reflexiven (E-)Portfolios hat das Potenzial, diese Professionalisierung zu begleiten. Allerdings kann es hierbei für Lehrende zu einem Konflikt zwischen der Rolle als Praxisanleiter*in und der Rolle als Prüfer*in kommen, wenn das (E-)Portfolio sowohl Reflexions- als auch Dokumentationszwecken dient. An der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe, vormals Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe, wird ein Konzept pilotiert, das diesen Zwiespalt löst, indem der Reflexionsteil innerhalb der Lehramtsausbildung durch Coaching begleitet wird. Rapid winter warming and increasing observations of winter blooms warrant more investigation of these controls. We investigated the mechanisms regulating a massive winter diatom bloom in a temperate lake. High frequency data and process-based lake modeling demonstrated that phytoplankton growth in winter was dually controlled by light and temperature, rather than by light alone. Water temperature played a further indirect role in initiating the bloom through ice-thaw, which increased light exposure. The bloom was ultimately terminated by silicon limitation and sedimentation. These mechanisms differ from those typically responsible for spring diatom blooms and contributed to the high peak biomass. Our findings show that phytoplankton growth in winter is more sensitive to temperature, and consequently to climate change, than previously assumed. This has implications for nutrient cycling and seasonal succession of lake phytoplankton communities. The present study exemplifies the strength in integrating data analysis with different temporal resolutions and lake modeling. We applied a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model to explore the response of the thermal structure in Germany's largest drinking water reservoir, Rappbode Reservoir, to future climate projections and different water withdrawal strategies. We used projections for representative concentration pathways (RCP) 2.6, 6.0 and 8.5 from an ensemble of 4 different global climate models. Simulation results showed that epilimnetic water temperatures in the reservoir strongly increased under all three climate scenarios. Hypolimnetic temperatures remained rather constant under RCP 2.6 and RCP 6.0 but increased markedly under RCP 8.5. Under the intense warming in RCP 8.5, hypolimnion temperatures were projected to rise from 5 °C to 8 °C by the end of the century. Stratification in the reservoir was projected to be more stable under RCP 6.0 and RCP 8.5, but did not show significant changes under RCP 2.6. Similar results were found with respect to the light intensity within the mixed-layer. Moreover, the results suggested that surface withdrawal can be an effective adaptation strategy under strong climate warming (RCP 8.5) to reduce surface warming and avoid hypolimnetic warming. This study documents how global scale climate projections can be translated into site-specific climate impacts to derive adaptation strategies for reservoir operation. Thus, we simulated the metalimnetic oxygen minimum (MOM) in the Rappbode Reservoir with a well-established two-dimensional water quality model (CE-QUAL-W2) to systematically quantify the chain of events leading to its formation. We used high-resolution measured data to calibrate the model, which accurately reproduced the physical (e.g. water level and water temperature), biogeochemical (e.g. nutrient and oxygen dynamics) and ecological (e.g. algal community dynamics) features of the reservoir, particularly the spatial and temporal extent of the MOM. The results indicated that around 60% of the total oxygen consumption rate in the MOM layer originated from benthic processes whereas the remainder originated from pelagic processes. The occurrence of the cyanobacterium Planktothrix rubescens in the metalimnion delayed and slightly weakened the MOM through photosynthesis, although its decaying biomass ultimately induced the MOM. Our research also confirmed the decisive role of water temperature in the formation of the MOM since the water temperatures, and thus benthic and pelagic oxygen consumption rates, were higher in the metalimnion than in the hypolimnion. For the future, we envision drones that are intuitively controllable with new input devices. One possibility could be the use of one-hand controllers. Here, we present an exploration of using a 3-D mouse as a controller for human-drone interaction. We ran a pre-study that investigated the users’ natural spatial mapping between controller and drone dimensions. Based on these results we developed our prototype that shows the feasibility of our concept. A series of flight tests were conducted and the mapping between controller and flight movements were iteratively improved. Previous studies showed advantages of the systems in permanent-use scenarios, such as faster assembly times. In this paper, we investigate whether such systems are suitable for training purposes. Within an experiment, we observed the training with a projection-based AR system over multiple sessions and compared it with a personal training and a paper manual training. Our study shows that projection-based AR systems offer only small benefits in the training scenario. While a systematic mislearning of content is prevented through immediate feedback, our results show that the AR training does not reach the personal training in terms of speed and recall precision after 24 hours. Während diese Systeme große Chancen für die Unternehmen bieten, bedeuten sie für Arbeitnehmer*innen auch eine potenzielle Kontrolle und Überwachung. In diesem Positionsbeitrag wollen wir daher für eine partizipative Gestaltung solcher Systeme plädieren. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt zunächst die Zusammenarbeit von Assistenzsystemen und Beschäftigten im industriellen Umfeld. Anschließend wird die Kontrolle und Überwachung von Mitarbeiter*innen betrachtet, zunächst im historischen Kontext, dann im aktuellen. Es wird aufgezeigt inwieweit Beschäftigte durch Assistenzsysteme überwacht beziehungsweise kontrolliert werden können. Im Spannungsfeld zwischen Effizienzsteigerung und Arbeitnehmer*innen-Interessen plädieren wir für die Einbeziehung von System-Nutzer*innen sowie weiteren Interessensvertretungen, wie z. B.
