In a Digital Career L(a)unch, an employee from your company talks about his/her career entry, his/her work in the company and reports on everyday working life. This gives students an insight into a job profile and a specific activity in your company. You can also use the event to report on other entry opportunities and career options in your company and present yourself as an attractive employer.

40% of our students are female, so it is important to us to talk about career paths for women. Take the opportunity to present yourself as an attractive employer for our female students.

Allow female professionals (including alumni of our university) to give an insight into their professional development within and outside your company. The event may provide space for reports about uncertainties and hurdles when starting a career, about small and big successes and the compatibility of private and family life and career.
