To copy/print/plot in various sizes and formats, the following options are available:
In Building 2, there are two copiers on the 2nd floor that can produce black-and-white copies up to A3 size. To use these copiers, you need a card. You can obtain this card from Ms. George, where you can also recharge it when it is empty.
In Building 4, there is also a copier on the 2nd floor (Room 4213) that operates with the card.
In Building 4, there is a so-called plot room (Room 4K16) in the basement for everything else. Here, black-and-white printing or copying can be done in A4 or A3 (including multi-page copies).
Color (double-sided) laser prints are available in A4 or A3. Additionally, there are plotters that allow for large-format color printing.
Normal paper can be plotted in color up to a length of 150 cm x 230 cm. On glossy paper, color plotting is available up to a size of 60 cm x 180 cm.
The opening hours of the plot room can be found on the plot room page. To pay in the plot room, you need credit on the so-called Papercut account, which can be recharged at the main office with Ms. Katzke or Ms. Brandt-Rey.
If you do not yet have a Papercut account, please contact FB1 IT.
If paper for copying in A4 and A3 sizes is needed, please contact one of the custodians who have access to the paper storage.

Mail can be forwarded directly to the appropriate individuals through the respective mailboxes. For mail that needs to be sent to Lemgo or other locations, there are also dedicated mailboxes. For internal mail, designated "internal mail envelopes" can be used, which can be requested at the main office in Lemgo.
Anything that needs to be sent externally through the public postal service can be dropped off directly at the main office or placed in the outgoing mail mailbox located there.
The room and occupancy plans for buildings 2, 3, and 4 are managed by Dipl.-Ing. Ilka Kraus.
Planning and desired changes must be coordinated with her.
The use of lecture halls in building 3 should additionally be coordinated with Ms. Debrassine-Mago from department 3, as the facilities are used by both departments.
