CIRCULAR INSTEAD OF LINEAR - together instead of against each other

We understand that the knowledge of circular construction is there. It “only” needs to be brought into a TOGETHER. Whether realized lighthouse projects, innovative materials, digital start-ups, funded model projects or processes in municipalities and on the part of large building material manufacturers - all have the goal of bringing circular building, thinking, designing and planning into practice.

Architects and planners have a major influence on the reduction of CO2 emissions through their work on construction projects. This enormous potential must be exploited and put into practice together with everyone involved in the construction process.

We take a look at current research. Because process culture in the planning process has many practical and easy-to-apply perspectives. Using practical examples and analyses, we will learn more about the potential of circular construction along the construction value chain. Then it gets specific: What potential does each participant bring to the table? What opportunities are there in Ostwestfalen-Lippe? How can they be put into practice?
