NC, Hochschulstart, and waiting periods—what do these terms mean, and what else should you keep in mind when submitting an application for a spot in a degree program? That’s what the digital guide “Pathways to Higher Education—Information on the Application Process” is all about.

In this joint online event, the Municipal Coordination Office, the Youth Employment Agency of the Höxter District, and the Central Student Advisory Service at TH OWL will provide insight into:

• Various admission procedures (programs with open admission, programs with local admission restrictions, and programs with nationwide admission restrictions)
• General and specific admission criteria

The event is aimed at parents, guardians, high school students, and anyone else interested in pursuing higher education, and is free of charge.

There will also be an opportunity to ask individual questions.
