The year 2026 will start with a real milestone, as Green Week celebrates its 100th anniversary. We are delighted to be part of the NRW Hall 5.2 again in this special anniversary year. From 16 to 20 January 2026, you will find us at stand 148 of the Genussregion OWL.

Our team from the Future Food Factory OWL (Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences) looks forward to exciting conversations and will bring innovations to life for you. Our food printer is a particular eye-catcher: have your personal image printed directly onto high-quality edible paper and take home your very own edible souvenir of the anniversary fair. We will be accompanied by our start-ups Miss Mineva and Ingwer Shoc, who will show how the food of the future is already being shaped today.
An absolute highlight awaits you on Tuesday, 20 January, in Hall 27: Miss Mineva and Ingwer Shoc will be two of only ten selected start-ups to present themselves to the high-calibre expert jury. Be there live when our founders pitch their visions and captivate the audience at the anniversary event.
