The OWL University of Applied Sciences (TH OWL) is following Russia's invasion of Ukraine with dismay and bewilderment. It is committed to the values of a free and democratic society, which are the breeding ground for scientific progress and which are being taken away from the people in Ukraine.
Therefore, TH OWL would like to offer people from Ukraine and other Eastern European countries, who had to leave their homeland because of the war, a safe place where they can continue or start their work and studies.
