Projects of the Zukunftszentrum Holzminden Höxter

The ZZHH is represented at the Landesgartenschau with the event format "Science Bench".

Every two weeks on Thursdays, visitors at the Landesgartenschau can sit next to ZZHH scientists and discuss exciting and current research topics ranging from climate change and heavy rainfall to success factors for attracting civically engaged people and the importance of art and culture projects for rural areas. The current topic of the next event is always announced on the Future Center's website and in the local press.

The offer can already be found in the calendar of events of the Landesgartenschau, as well as on the website of the ZZHH.

Lectures within the framework of the Colorful Classroom

In addition, we offer under the title "MAL STARKREGEN & MAL TROCKENHEIT - WIE KÖNNEN WIR DEM WANDEL? ADAPTING TO CLIMATE CHANGE IN RURAL SPACES", we are offering a multi-date event as part of the Colorful Classroom.

The "Colorful Classroom" offer is primarily aimed at school classes. From April to October, more than 800 lectures and projects for learning, amazement and participation take place within the framework of the Colorful Classroom. The offerings are designed for children and young people of different ages.

"Colorful Classroom means giving children and young people a holistic view of society, the environment and themselves."
