Digital open-source training tool on more sustainability in the food industry

The TH OWL (ILT.NRW), the company My Green Training Box (France) and the research and training center Asincar (Spain) are working together to create three multilingual digital training programs on sustainability in the food industry. The digital training content is to be used in both student and professional training, as well as right in companies and in further education institutions, and is therefore intended to appeal on all management levels.

Surveys within the various target groups with a total of more than 450 participants identified the most relevant topics and aspects across the entire field of sustainability in the food industry. Currently, the training material is being developed by the experts at the project partners.

The digital training courses in the form of videos, podcasts and reading materials will be available free of charge on the internet platform "My Green Training Box" in German, English, French and Spanish from fall 2023.
