The Inclusion Office at TH OWL – a bridge and central point of contact for everyone.
It brings together the expertise of the representative for students with disabilities or chronic illnesses and the Representative Body for Severely Disabled Persons (SBV). Operating independently of elected offices, it ensures continuity, knowledge transfer, and reliable structures.
Our commitment ranges from physical and digital accessibility to process optimization and individual counseling for students and staff. We also offer a resource pool for quick and unbureaucratic support, as well as joint projects with other university departments.
A particular focus is on raising awareness throughout the university community regarding inclusion, accessibility, and equal participation. Through events, training sessions, and information campaigns, we foster an environment where everyone is welcome and can thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
The Inclusion Office is more than just support—it is the bridge to a university for everyone.

The Coordinator for Students with Disabilities or Chronic Illnesses is your primary point of contact when it comes to overcoming obstacles in your studies and breaking down barriers.
They assist you in applying for accommodations, advise on individual solutions, and, if necessary, mediate between you and the chair of the examination committee. In this way, they represent your concerns effectively and with empathy.
Their goal: to enable all students to participate fairly and equally in university life—with dedication, understanding, and a focus on finding solutions.
