A central feature of the evening was the presentation of the pilot projects funded by TRiNNOVATION OWL. The newly funded projects provided insights into their planned initiatives, while projects that had already been completed presented their results.
The projects span a wide range of the university’s research focus areas: from the development of a sustainable lightweight panel based on wood and fungal mycelium, to the creation of an innovative game show for social startups, and even playful awareness-raising for energy-saving measures. What unites them all is an innovative project approach with high transfer potential.
Following the presentations, participants had the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions with the project teams, provide feedback, and offer ideas for the further development of the projects. The TRiNNOVATION OWL project team expressed their satisfaction: The evening served as an inspiring platform for further interdisciplinary networking within the university as well as for knowledge transfer between the university, industry, and society.
