The sustainability team at TH OWL has taken over the organization of the lecture series for the current winter semester.
Professor Michaela Wirtz, Vice-President of Transfer, Innovation, and Sustainability at H-BRS, who was previously responsible for the lecture series, is handing over the baton for the current winter semester with the words: "I am delighted that TH OWL, with its Vice-President for Education and Sustainability, Professor Yvonne-Christin Knepper-Bartel, and her team, is now continuing our work."
TH OWL is also delighted about the new responsibilities, as the interdisciplinary lecture series of the Sustainability Alliance for Applied Sciences NRW (NAW.NRW) is an ideal opportunity to network even more closely on the topic of sustainability within the North Rhine-Westphalian university landscape.
The series of events offers scientific insights and practical options for action for the urgently needed social transformation and takes place online and in person during the lecture period every second Wednesday of the month from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The series is aimed at anyone interested in current sustainability issues: students and staff at universities, entrepreneurs, citizens, and school students are all welcome to attend!
