Our faculty communicates with students via various communication channels, which you should check several times a day, especially in the early stages!
News blog / Important announcements
The news blog is the faculty's traditional "bulletin board." Here you will find the latest information about the faculty. You should check it several times a day. Here you will find information about the start of courses, calls to join courses, and much more.
Please check your TH email (several times) a day. Information about your courses is generated via Ilias and made available to course participants via email.
Website
In addition to the section for prospective students, the website also contains a large amount of information for enrolled students. This section is called "Student Services" and has many subpages on topics such as organization, modules, study plans, exam organization, and much more. You can access this section of the website via the faculty's homepage using the burger menu.

Required internship
In order to successfully complete the faculty's degree programs, you will need to complete the relevant internships by the end of the fourth semester. The internships are tailored to the respective degree program and are considered a prerequisite for study. Please find out about the necessary steps and plan your internship in good time!

Tutorials
Tutorials are not listed in the timetable but are usually arranged between you and the tutors. You can find an overview via the link provided. (This will be updated continuously after the start of the semester and the start of the tutorials.)
Ilias learning platform
The teaching materials are stored on the Ilias learning platform. The home page is stored under the term "Magazine." Ilias is structured according to the faculties and the teaching areas (of the professors) within the faculties. So: Go from the "Magazine" homepage to "Faculty of Production and Engineering" and then to the professor's teaching area. There you will find the courses offered and documents for your modules. The study plans can be helpful here.

IT preparations
An important point to prepare is connecting your own computer to the university's IT systems.
The most important information on this is compiled under the heading "IT basics." Steps 1 to 5 listed there should be reviewed and carried out.
