The Campus Foundery OWL Team 
We’re here for you—with experience, a network, and a genuine interest in your projects. Get to know us! Do you have a specific request? Here’s an overview of the team’s roles and respective responsibilities:

Management of the Campus Foundery OWL, esp. 

  • Management and overall coordination of the startup center
  • Coordinating with the institutes and academic programs, as well as representing the Campus Foundery OWL both internally and externally
  • Budget planning and coordination of coaching operations
  • Design, development, and implementation of appropriate measures to support startup projects

Startup Consulting & Coaching, esp.

  • Initial consultation for those interested in starting a business
  • Individual startup consulting based on the Lean Startup methodology
    • Support in the development and validation of business models
    • Support for startup teams throughout all stages of the startup process (idea generation, pre-launch, launch, market entry, and growth)
    • Consulting on team and organizational development
  • Development of workshop formats and training programs for founders
  • Further development of coaching methods and quality assurance

Grants, scholarships, and financing, esp. 

  • Identification of suitable funding and financing instruments in the context of spin-offs
  • Advice on startup-related grant programs and scholarships
  • Support with grant applications (e.g., EXIST) for startup projects, as well as guidance during the funding period
  • Facilitating contacts with investors and financing partners relevant to startups

Events, Networking & Communication, esp.

  • Conceptualization, planning, and execution of events to raise awareness about startups, foster networking, and build community
  • Expanding and maintaining networks within the regional and national startup ecosystem
  • Alumni management and maintaining contact with founders
  • Public relations and enhancing the visibility of the startup center

Industry-specific outreach, talent scouting, and consulting in the key areas of food, IoT, and the creative and cultural industries, esp.

  • Specialized startup consulting and support in the respective focus areas
  • Expansion, maintenance, and strategic development of industry-specific networks
  • Matching startups with experts, mentors, and corporate contacts
  • Development and implementation of target-group-specific formats (e.g., workshops, informational events) taking market and technology trends into account
  • Identifying startup potential and collaborating with academic departments to recruit talent
  • Collaboration with relevant internal and external partners
