Good teaching at the TH OWL is creative, innovative and sustainable. It is interdisciplinary and takes place in an organizational framework in which the freedom of teaching is ensured and teachers and students can take responsibility for the teaching/learning process. Teaching at the TH OWL is also characterized by an open culture of error and space for individuality and community.
In order to provide high-quality teaching, teaching staff at TH OWL receive support from the Teaching and Learning (TeLL) team at S(kim).
