Students receive their user access upon enrolment. Please contact the S(kim) Service-Point if you do not have your access data.
Employees receive user access when they are hired.
The user access is sent to the work address and should normally be available at the start of work.

Lecturers receive user access for the duration of their teaching assignment. This is created automatically.

Existing user access is retained for a further 6 months after the end of a teaching assignment. A follow-up teaching assignment extends the usability of the access again.
The Conference & Guests Network can be used for participation in guest lectures, conferences and for external visitors.
