To use the university network (VPN connection), you must update the configuration file. As we previously announced, TH employees must complete this update by Friday, August 14.
All employees whose devices are not managed by S(kim) must perform this update themselves. You can receive assistance from S(kim) or the IT contacts in your departments.
For devices managed by S(kim) (Administration, IWD, and S(kim)), this will be done centrally.
The update will take place on Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. During this time, connectioninterruptions may occur on these devices.
Good to know: For students, the configuration file must be updated by October 19.
