What solutions do students have for a complex problem? How do they arrive at their solutions? What thought processes do they choose, and what errors in reasoning might exist?
Lego® Serious Play® (LSP) offers lecturers direct access to their students' thought processes. By building models, ideas, assumptions, and thought structures become tangible—and thus become a common subject of exchange, analysis, and discussion. LSP offers the opportunity to reveal different perspectives, points of view, and approaches, to discuss them, and to learn from each other. Activating different sensory channels while building the models stimulates a deeper learning process.
On behalf of Human Resources Development, S(kim) is organizing compact 2-hour workshops on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., in which you can experience the method for yourself: You will build, reflect, discuss—and develop a sense of the potential that LSP offers for learning processes.
