Exams—whether oral or written—can feel like insurmountable hurdles. Perhaps the thought of an upcoming exam fills you with feelings of overwhelm, stress, or even anxiety? Maybe you find it difficult to concentrate when studying or during the exam itself? Or do you keep putting off exam dates?
In our course, we will help you to better understand your fears and develop effective strategies to overcome them.

What you should bring with you:
A willingness to share your experiences and any fears you may have in a trusting group. Openness to trying new things and engaging in reflection and practical exercises.

Individual coaching is also available if required.
