Reduce stress - Study in a healthy, successful and motivated manner

On 10 June: We'll show you how to avoid stress

How am I actually doing? How do I feel about my studies? Have you asked yourself these questions often? A study by the AOK and the University of Potsdam has shown that around 53% of employees suffer from existential stress. Surprisingly, almost as many students, 51%, show similar symptoms, such as headaches, psychosomatic problems, sleep disorders or negative thoughts, etc.
In this short workshop, we want to address the topic of health and stress and ask how relaxation, motivation and success can be regained or how stress prevention techniques can be learned. There will be practical exercises that contribute to relaxation, which we want to try out together.
