Leitung Praktikantenamt Landschaftsarchitektur
Boris Stemmer ist Professor für Landschaftsplanung und Erholungsvorsorge an der Technischen Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Er promovierte an der Universität Kassel und war als Landschaftsplaner u.a. in Rottenburg a.N. tätig. Schwerpunkte seiner Arbeit sind die öffentliche Mitwirkung in der Planung unter Nutzung neuer Medien, Landschaftsbewertungsmethoden und erneuerbare Energien in der Raum- und Landschaftsplanung.
