Dissertations
Doctorates can be completed at the TH OWL in cooperation with a university or via the Graduate School for Applied Research in North Rhine-Westphalia (PK NRW), which was awarded the independent right to award doctorates in November 2022. Professor Dr. Jessica Rubart is a faculty member in the "Informatics and Data Science" department at PK NRW and actively participates in multiple supervisory teams.
