Im digitalen Showroom der Detmolder Schule für Gestaltung (detmolder-schule-galerie.de) können Sie eine Auszüge Ihrer Arbeiten von max. 5 Bildern oder Videos veröffentlichen.

Laden Sie dazu bitte bis zum 02.02.2026 (zusätzlich zum Hochladen beim Prüfungsamt) eine repräsentative Auswahl Ihrer Thesis in den bereitgestellten Ordnern auf Ilias (e-Campus) hoch. Eine spätere Abgabe ist möglich, allerdings mit Wartezeit.
Bitte beachten Sie bei den einzureichenden Dateien folgende Vorgaben:
Bilddateien:
• Dateiformat: jpg (16:9; 2560x1440px)
• Max. 5 einzelne jpg-Dateien pro Arbeit
• Ein aussagekräftiges, vollflächiges Titel-Bild ohne viel Textanteil
Textangaben im Bild:
• Z. B. als 2. Bild der eingereichten Bilder
• Titel der Arbeit, Name Absolvent:in
• Namen der betreuenden Professoren:innen
• Kurzer erläuternder Text
• Lesbare Textgröße wie bei einer Power Point Präsentation,
Videos:
• Vorzugsweise als vimeo oder youtube-Link
• Dateiformate: AVI, MPEG, MPG, MP4, MOV
• Empfohlene Auflösung 1920 x 1080px
Datei-/Ordnernamen:
• Name, Vorname, Studiengangkürzel, Thesentitel
• Datei bitte hinten durchnummerieren
• Beispiel: Musterfrau_Mara_BA_IA_Bauen_im_Bestand_1.jpg

Bitte fügen Sie Ihrem Upload die unterzeichnete Einverständniserklärung als separate Datei (mit ihrem Namen im Dateinamen) hinzu:

Online Thesis Exhibition
Dear prospective graduates of TH OWL,
Would you like to present your final theses to a broader audience?
In addition to the on-site exhibition, TH OWL offers you the opportunity to exhibit your thesis online. This allows potential employers to become aware of you, and you can reference the gallery as an addition to your portfolio.
In the digital showroom of the Detmold School of Design (detmolder-schule-galerie.de), you can publish excerpts of your work consisting of a maximum of 5 images or videos.

To do so, please upload a representative selection of your thesis to the designated folders on Ilias (e-Campus) by 02/02/2026 (in addition to uploading it to the Examination Office). A later submission is possible, but will involve a waiting period.
Please observe the following specifications for the files to be submitted:
Image files:
• File format: JPG (16:9; 2560 × 1440 px)
• Maximum of 5 individual JPG files per project
• One expressive, full-bleed title image with little text
Text information within the image:
• e.g. as the 2nd image among the submitted images
• Title of the thesis, name of the graduate
• Names of the supervising professors
• Short explanatory text
• Legible text size comparable to a PowerPoint presentation
Videos:
• Preferably as a Vimeo or YouTube link
• File formats: AVI, MPEG, MPG, MP4, MOV
• Recommended resolution: 1920 × 1080 px
File / folder names:
• Last name, first name, degree program abbreviation, thesis title
• Please number the files consecutively at the end
• Example: Musterfrau_Mara_BA_IA_Bauen_im_Bestand_1.jpg

Please include the signed declaration of consent as a separate file with your upload (including your name in the file name):
