This workshop is organised within the frame of the 16th International DOCOMOMO Conference "Inheritable Resilience: Sharing Values of Global Modernities“ and will focus on the Daikan-yama Hillside Terrace project, which is designed by the Pritzker Award winner Fumihiko Maki.
From the TH OWL Prof. Dr. Uta Pottgiesser and Prof. Michel Melenhorst will be in Japan for the Docoomomo Conference. Melenhorst will be there probably also as a Tutor for the Workshop.
Please forward this call to any master student, who may be interested. For this occasion, the Japanese organisation of the workshop offers scholarships (check the website below). Prof. Melenhorst will also try to get funding for your travel at the Hochschulgesellschaft and other sponsors, and of course, you can count with the standard reimbursements for excursions (€ 35,- per day).
