SAVE-THE-DATE: We would like to welcome all first semester students this morning at the OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Lemgo, Detmold and Höxter!
Our president Prof. Dr. Jürgen Krahl personally welcomes all new students at the campuses in Lemgo, Detmold and Höxter this morning. Due to the current situation regarding Corona, this welcoming event for the approx. 1,500 new students this year will unfortunately not be able to be held in attendance, which we regret very much. Therefore, we are working on a digital format. The students will receive a personal invitation to this event. Besides Mr. Krahl, the AStA (General Students´Committee) will also welcome the new students and our student advisory service will answer the first important questions.
The international office is looking forward to welcoming our international Bachelor students at our Welcome Webex Session on Friday, 30th October 2020.

Our sessions will provide useful information on english applications (CV, Cover letter etc.) as well as address the differences between english and german applications. - We advise and support students of the OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts who are interested in an exchange semester, an internship or a language course abroad.
- International students are supported by the International Office in their transition to living and learning to study in Germany.
- We offer counselling appointments, language support and international cultural events throughout the year.
- Our mission is to help students experience a semester abroad and to support foreign students in making OWL and the OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts their second home.

Even in Corona times we are always available for you - just online.
